I most likely will be buying more of this.
So far I really like this calcium magnesium potassium vitamin D in boron. I got it because I wanted to have a little bit of boron and most of the supplements have a lot more of the boron in it than I want. This way I can get as much Or little of the boron as I want my taking More or less of the pills per day. Right now I am taking just two of the pills a day and I take the Swanson calcium and vitamin D in pill form and at night I take A viactiv. The price comes out to be pretty high but I still think that it works well for my needs. I most likely will be buying more of this.

According to my age (74 years old) it is an excellent formula. There is a lot of false information cncerning calcium. This formula has five (5) different minerals and vitamins that works very well with the assimilation of calcium. However, it is also ecommended to obtain some vitamin D-3 from the sun. I so recommed this product.

Non-absorbent, ineffective product
From my understanding, this product wasn't useful in giving the benefits of magnesium (magnesium oxide and magnesium aspartate). My sleep usually improves with absorbent magnesium which this product doesn't contain from my experience of sleep not improving, constipation prevention and muscle cramps. The stamped information on the bottle rubbed off, so if I recommend that the consumer records that information in case you want a refund. The manufacturing company offers a 60-day refund. Don't waste time like I did buying this product. Try magnesium glycinate (silver onyx was good to me) instead with other absorbent forms of minerals and vitamins because this product doesn't offer quality.
