Lifetime Double Shot Deluxe Basketball Arcade Game - New and Improved (90648)

We had ordered this Lifetime Double Shot a year ago and the scoreboard stopped working. No questions asked, Allisa, a sales rep, asked us to make sure there were no loose wires, and if not, let her know the model number and a replacement would be sent. We checked and unfortunately wires were not loose. I emailed her back and a few days later a new scoreboard mechanism had been mailed free of charge. Thank you for the quick response and getting a new piece to us. We are back up and running. I wish all companies were like this and sales reps. Thank you Allisa.

I can't be happier with the service that I have had from Lifetime. In both cases, on two different products, the service has been outstanding, with great communication from knowledgeable people. I should add that neither case was due to defective product, yet the service people were still very helpful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased our Doubleshot three years ago, and use it quite regularly! We needed a replacement part, and the response came quickly, and a part was sent out immediately! Once we need a new one altogether, we will definitely be purchasing from lifetime again!

I bought this for my almost 6 year old twin grandsons and they LOVE it ! and so does DADDY !!! LOL They live in Michigan with many days they can't play outside so this was a welcome Christmas gift for them and mom and dad!!! Great entertainment. Was a bit of a challenge to assemble.

The game itself is awesome and a lot of fun playing with my kids ages 4-9. It fits in our basement nicely with 8 foot ceilings but we keep it on the lowest setting to allow for some arc in the shot. My 4 year old broke the power supply after about a year or so. I emailed customer service and they promptly took care of it and sent me a new power supply. Great customer service and I will definitely be purchasing more Lifetime products in the future!

When our grand kids opened their new Double Shot basketball game, we discovered that the frame assembly kit had been rifled through. We spoke with a company rep. on instant chat. I am sorry to say I don't remember the gentlemans name, but he was great. He addressed the issue and we received the missing parts the next day. I commend his kindness and understanding in correcting the problem.

Bought a double shot back in 2017 and recently it stopped working. After some troubleshooting found that the electronics unit on the back of the backboard may have gone out. Called customer service and the representative was very friendly and happy to help. Gave her the model number and additional information and she said she could send out a new electronics unit immediately. The news got even better when she said there would be no charge for this mentioning that there had been some earlier problems with some other units. Thoroughly impressed and was happy to pay since it's over 5 years old but was pleasantly surprised with no charge! Thank you

We bought the double shot and after setting it up had a problem with the sensors registering the baskets. I contacted lifetime and they were so awesome to work with and immediately sent the replacement parts. The kids and their friends love the double shot and the quality is great. We will definitely buy from lifetime in the future!

I called about ordering a replacement part for an indoor basketball system that my sons and their friends all love. The part broke because of overuse, not anything defective on Lifetime's part. Not only were they able to get the replacement part to me, they did it in less than a week and for no charge. Absolutely above and beyond in terms of standing behind their products!

I had broken legs on my double shot (rough kids). I called to see if I could order new parts and as usual Lifetime took care of it at no cost to us! This is why we always get our outdoor products from them. Thank you Lifetime for ALWAYS being awesome!!!!
