Lifetime Freestyle XL™ 116 inch Stand-up Paddleboard, Red (90239)

I ordered as a cyber price that had dropped 250 dollars after Black Friday. Haven't used yet as they are for a Christmas gift ( to myself). My neighbor has same ones and have been so happy with them that they ordered another set with me. They were amazed I found this deal. Came well packaged in boxes. Hard plastic we were looking for. Paddle is really lightweight too. Would definitly recommend. Will review Shan after we actually use them.

Bought these on-line on Black Friday and can't wait for spring to come now. Look just like the picture, bigger than I expected. Had to schedule a delivery date with the freight company. Delivered un-damaged. GREAT PRICE when I purchased them. The grandkids are excited and also can't wait for spring. Will update review in a few months.

Grandkids loved them and were on them Xmas morning even thought the water was very cold. Delivery was prompt and product was as advertised.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had lost two of the fins for my Lifetime Freestyle paddle boards and when I spoke to customer service they were very helpful. I will be receiving new fins in the next few weeks and they are being shipped up to Canada.

I have had my two paddleboards for approximately 4 years and they have held up great! I somehow lost a rudder and emailed support. Received a reply last night that they would respond today and they did. My new rudder is on the way at no charge. I did expect to pay for it and would have been happy to do so.

While the product is very good, the process and shipping was awful. After being told that it would be delivered on March 31, it wasnt. Then every day they made delivery appointments every day between 10 am and 6 pm. They said they needed a signature to drop the purchase and they didnt show up until the 7th Then the nox was completely torn and the kayak was all scratched up. To add insult to injury, i saw them drop it off at a neighbors house (obviously jo signature required, lol) Not worth the hassle.

As soon as we opened the box we discovered multiple bubbles in the padding. Some were large and a few were small. Nonetheless I did not want that board due to the possibility of the padding getting holes where each of the bubbles were located. Lifetime was only going to send new padding for me to have to deal with.

the reason for ordering this particular board was the 300 lb limit and thinking for some reason the leg strap came with it. When I received board did not have leg strap and only 220 weight limit. For myself it's fine I love it but wanted the 300 lb for my grandsons

Rudder came off my model 90239 paddleboard and sank in the lake. After repeated phone calls and emails I was finally able to talk to Nathan who was most courteous and helpful. He then sent me a replacement rudder at no charge for which I am grateful. I tried to include two 'before and after' photos but couldn't figure out how. Anyway, thanks Nathan and co. Joel Spragins
