When I got home I send a email to Lifetime received a very quick response and they are shipping me a new paddle. This is why I bought this product because they have such great customer service. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my third kayak. For the price you pay it's the best, IMO. Very solid well balanced boat. Probably the most comfortable seat of any kayak in this price range and better than many more expensive kayaks. Should provide a lot of enjoyment for many years. Actually was so impressed with this kayak , I bought a second for my wife.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a two Lifetime kayaks. A Tamarack sit-on and a Lancer sit-in. This year, while starting my Spring cleaning, I decided to call Lifetime about a few pieces that's have seen better days. The seat pad on the Tamarack has developed a tear, and one of the drain plug had been bent. Since the Tamarack was still within the warranty period (year 3 of 5), both parts were replaced for free with no questions asked. The process couldn't have been easier. You just don't see service like that these days. Every kayak I buy from now on will be a Lifetime.

I called customer service and they took care of the problem without giving me any issues...shipping of the part was fast and free. It was nice to talk to someone on the other end of the phone that wasn't automated and able to help without making me pull my hair out of my head. I will be buying more from this company in the future.

I had one of my seat clips break and found the customer service department easy to work with. There was an error by the shipping company which delivered my package to the wrong address. As soon as I notified Lifetime that I hadn't received it, they resent my order. I had my new clip in two days! Thank you!

I'm writing this review because of the outstanding customer service I've had. With use, I've had a few small parts get damaged- once even from falling off the car - and Lifetime has sent replacement parts, so we can continue to have great outdoor experiences.

Quick to replace broken handle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this kayak from Walmart in Galveston. What a great choice! We are paddling the bayou's around the state park. The seating is excellent and overall the boat performs well. Tracking is good for a 10 foot boat and it paddles well. The most notable feature however is the customer service I received. It turns out I was missing the padded seat cover that is supposed to come with it. I contacted the company and they were very quick to respond to my inquiry and had a seat cover out to me within a couple of days. If I buy another kayak it will. Definitely be a product from Lifetime.

They take care of their customers!!! This is the second time I have received excellent service. I last called about an issue with the seat adjuster on my other Lifetime fishing Kayak. It was handled immediately!! By the way, both my Lifetime Kayaks are excellent, sturdy and we'll made!
