[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loving our Guster Kayaks. They're light enough to roll to our nearby lake and very stable in the water. Only wish - that the storage hatch actually had a compartment to store items inside and not left loose to roll around in the bottom Of the Kayak and water.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a two Lifetime kayaks. A Tamarack sit-on and a Lancer sit-in. This year, while starting my Spring cleaning, I decided to call Lifetime about a few pieces that's have seen better days. The seat pad on the Tamarack has developed a tear, and one of the drain plug had been bent. Since the Tamarack was still within the warranty period (year 3 of 5), both parts were replaced for free with no questions asked. The process couldn't have been easier. You just don't see service like that these days. Every kayak I buy from now on will be a Lifetime.

When I got home I send a email to Lifetime received a very quick response and they are shipping me a new paddle. This is why I bought this product because they have such great customer service. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my third kayak. For the price you pay it's the best, IMO. Very solid well balanced boat. Probably the most comfortable seat of any kayak in this price range and better than many more expensive kayaks. Should provide a lot of enjoyment for many years. Actually was so impressed with this kayak , I bought a second for my wife.

I called customer service and they took care of the problem without giving me any issues...shipping of the part was fast and free. It was nice to talk to someone on the other end of the phone that wasn't automated and able to help without making me pull my hair out of my head. I will be buying more from this company in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a new Lifetime kayak this week and was surprised it was unfinished (the right thigh bumper was missing attaching screws/covers and the kayak contained a 1/2 cup of the polyethylene shavings from the part installation activity). I contacted customer service and I was immediately offered the necessary parts to complete a finished kayak.

I had dealt with Walmart to buy my kayak. It was a nightmare. When it came without the paddle, I called you. The paddle was here in record time. Thank you so much for your prompt, helpful service.

I had one of my seat clips break and found the customer service department easy to work with. There was an error by the shipping company which delivered my package to the wrong address. As soon as I notified Lifetime that I hadn't received it, they resent my order. I had my new clip in two days! Thank you!

I'm writing this review because of the outstanding customer service I've had. With use, I've had a few small parts get damaged- once even from falling off the car - and Lifetime has sent replacement parts, so we can continue to have great outdoor experiences.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After having our kayaks for a couple of years, I FINALLY found the warranty info and called about the broken carry handle. The handle was broken when the kayaks were delivered, but we didn't realize it until the delivery guy was gone and we were unpacking them. Happy to find that the entire kayak has a 5 year warranty!! Free replacement handle is on it's way. Thank you!
