Lifetime Light Commercial Folding Chair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the chair eight years ago and it was broken recently. It was still under warranty and LifeTime replaced it with a new chair. In general, the chair is quite sturdy except that it lasted a little shorter than I expected. My friends who recommended the chair to me still have their chairs like new.

I contacted the manufacturer and after a couple of questions and a picture they informed me a new chair. This action was timely and very professional. I have nothing but positive feelings about this organization. If you are looking for a reasonably quality chair pick up a Lifetime Chair, you'll be happy.

I bought this product because it holds over 600lbs of weight.. myself weights about 225lbs and I had this chair for more then 6 month and I'm very satisfied with this chair because is build with high durability. Although I have few seats have minor cracks and the customer service were great and took care my claim with in a week and replace my claim with a new chair.

This is a great chair that I bought for my 8 year old along with a foldable table to use it during online learning. He likes it a lot and it is very comfy for him. He doesn't complain at all sitting on it the long school hours

I recently had a party and lost one of the caps on the chair leg. Called customer service and they are sending me know ones without any hassle. It's nice to do business with a company that has integrity.

I bough this products about 3 yrs ago and over time lost the leg caps I call customer service and with simple questions I have a new set of caps send out to my address for free.!

I lost a rubber foot from a chair we bought many years ago. Called customer service about buying a replacement, and they sent a set of 4 no-charge! We have always loved the comfort and durability of our chairs. Now we love Lifetime!

I bought Lifetime chairs several years ago and used them gently. The curve shaped seat platform makes them very comfortable to sit in. The last time I pulled them out of the closet to use I was surprised to find that the blow molded seat had begun to crack at a high stress location on several of the chairs. Lifetime replaced the broken chairs. I am extremely pleased with the way the company stood behind their product and the support I received from the customer service personnel. Thanks for everything, I will be shopping Lifetime again.

For long time I been looking for this chairs and finally found them.I love them!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a few years, 5% of our chairs developed cracks on the front side of the seat. The steel seat support does not extend far enough, so the front of the seat can flex and break if a heavy person sits or bounces on the front edge.
