This is a fabulous storage shed for yard and garden. Quality product far superior to wood. Exterior has clean lines and a fabulious look at the sometime not drawing attention to itself.

I have a storage building that's over 9 yrs old , Skylights have all separated where the lights fold at the peak and leak, also have heavy leaking of the sky dome where they have seperated from the roof where it is mounted, screws could not be removed to reseal and had cracking of dome also. Jonny was a great help, understood what I was talking about very polite and helpful. He figured out which parts I needed and they on their way to me, covered under the ten year warranty . I can't say enough good thinks about customer service, real pleasure to speak customer service without any wait time and no need to play push button games to get help!!! I'll be a customer for life !!

Excellent quality DIY shed kit. Assembly is definitely a project but I was able to knock it out in a weekend with my 13 yd old daughter as assistant. Assembly instructions were generally very good including QR codes with explanatory videos which were helpful at a few points. A bit fiddly to get the wall panels to properly engage with the floor and also to get the roof trusses correctly installed - but came out great overall. A solid flat platform for the shed to set on is critical.

Had used the shed for two years and then moved, we realized that we had misplaced a roof panel and called lifetime shed. This is our second Lifetime shed, our first was an 8x10 similar style.. Easy to assemble but time consuming due to how the components snap and fit together. A rubber mallet comes in very handy, the second is easier to put together.. Some screws strip the plastic out but all in all its actually one of the best sheds out there.. Its not wood of course but it serves it purpose very well!!

I bought this shed from Costco and discovered MANY missing parts. I called lifetime and spoke with Jonathan who was excellent in customer service skills and product knowledge. I was impressed. Parts are coming and shed will get completed and i am very pleased.

The shed looks very nice and the video clips you can access to help build it were very helpful. I feel the anchoring hardware should be included. The washer size listed cannot be found even online. It caused a lot of frustration trying to find the right size. Once fully assembled, it's very sturdy and a great size!

We've had a few failed parts on our shed and even though we were just outside of the warranty period, the staff kindly offered to ship the parts for free as we'd had no precious claims. We've owned this shed for 10 years and it's still in pretty good shape in this harsh Arizona weather! We expanded ours to 8x12' and that's not been a problem. Everyone we talked to at Lifetime was terrific!

Very long 8 hour assembly only to discover that one roof piece is warped and won't sit properly, noticeably sticks up. It doesn't leak just looks terrible. I thought about contacting lifetime to get a replacement roof panel, but the amount of work it would take to disassemble dozens of steps to swap out this piece was not even close to worth it. wish I had bought the other brand I was considering
