Lifetime Lockable DIY Polyethylene Storage Shed, 146 sq. ft., 20' x 8', Light Brown (60351)

Bought this shed and had it delivered right to our house. Took my time and had my brother-in-law help. Instructions plus video were extremely helpful

Easy to put together. My husband needed little assistance and finished this jig-saw puzzle in 2 days after watching a YouTube video once. He's amazing!

I purchased this shed in 2019 but only erected it last year, I laid a concrete pad first, being in the Colorado mountains I added the snow trusses and crossed my fingers. The photo is this winter, the shed held up no problem. I did add plywood sheets to the inside as the walls were somewhat flimsy and bulged with my firewood inside, other than that no problems at all. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this shed to use as a workshop when I retire. After the wife seen it assembled, she wanted half! So now I have a "He Shed, She Shed"! Overall, the assembly was easy to understand, but there was a couple of times that the written instructions did not match with the online assembly video, but I managed to get it figured out. I had concerns about the ability of the shed to withstand high winds. I built mind on a gravel pad, 6 inches deep. I purchased two of the Lifetime 8'x10' steel foundation bases. I bolted them together and used 40" earth anchors on the inside of the frame to secure it to the ground. I also framed the inside, using 3" deck screws throughout the framing process. We had a storm pass through with 92 mph winds. I expected the roof to get blown away, but the next day, everything was still standing and no damage! I was very impressed. So far, I have completed the framing, installed the radiant/vapor barrier, ran electricity, and started on the wall panels, when the weather turned extremely cold, so I had to stop construction. I have attached photo of what I have completed so far, and how I did it. I hope to have it completed before Summer.

This is an awesome big shed, when I bought this shed it was $2500 and I was going to order another one after seeing this one and the price was $3000. So much for that. I'm guessing the PLANdemic makes material prices go up. 5 stars for the shed and a big fat ZERO stars for the huge price increase.

Started out a little tricky need better instructions, used the u-tube video some it did help. all in all turned out great, Nice looking shed has lots of hangers/hooks and a nice shelf too.

I love this shed. It is very durable and was fairly easy to put together. The directions were not clear in all sections but were not overly confusing. I really like that it is American made.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The shed went up easy. It recommends a concrete slab or a wooden base as a foundation. I had already leveled the ground and added pavers before I opened the box with instructions. The freight driver delivered the shed and placed it in the driveway. I move each of the four boxes by two wheeled dolly to the backyard. One box came apart while moving through my gate so I just sorted the contents were I was going to assemble it. The rest I placed back on the pallet that it was delivered on and tarped it. It took me 3 days from roughly 10am -3pm to assemble the shed by myself. My wife helped me with the roof ridge (cluster of skylights that are assembled together that run the whole 20') and hanging the plastic shutters. I used step ladders to help hold the walls when I started assembling the shed. I also used a tall step ladder and a 2x4 to hold pressure on the roof so I could screw together some spots. Luckily everything fit together and the doors open well. I'm overall please with the product. Hopefully it'll last a long time. Next project is to add shelving inside and a bike rack to organize all the kids bikes in order to clean out my attached garage.

In putting it together following instructions are required. Sometimes they are hard to follow. It all went together except the end gable over the door. The gable parts would not go together and the doors fit. There was a 1/2 gap between the two gable parts when there was a wide enough space for the doors to go in. Spent over a half day trying to work a way for them to work before I gave up that the parts were bad, Otherwise a nice product.
