. . . but assembly could take a full day without a helper. Needs to be on a flat surface so that roof and doors align properly. I pre-formed the flat skylight panel by setting in a ~90-degree bend for a day so that it held the roof apex angle.

We love the shed. It has lots of room and was not hard to put together. Easy to follow instructions. When we received the shed (it was an online order), when we opened the box we found the skylight was cracked. I called right away, and spoke to Diante, who advised me they would ship another skylight to us right away, which they did. Fantastic customer service.

This product defiantly requires two persons to assemble. Instructions were accurate and pieces fairly well marked. Highly recommend before beginning assembling, mark all large parts to speed up process.

Purchased this a while ago online great Shed unfortunately we had a bit of an accident in the shed got damaged I can’t tell you how happy I am with customer service this is how a company stays in business with great service would recommend To everyone

We bought a swing set from Lifetime a few years ago (it was wonderful too) so when we needed a small shed, there wasn't a question as to where we would buy it. Lifetime products have the best, easy to understand, instructions that I have ever seen. And, the way they package parts in separate bags for each step makes it easy to identify what you need. I almost finished putting the shed together today. I spent about 3 hours 2 days ago completing preliminary installation and then my son (age 34) and I put it together after he got off work tonight. It took us 4 hours and we're almost done. Just have the door latches to install and anchor the shed to its concrete pad. We do have 1 issue yet to figure out. On the installation of the skylight we can't get the two end pieces to fit quite right yet, so I'll try to figure that out tomorrow or call their support if needed. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this shed.

This shed was included when we purchased our new house and it was missing latch parts. I called and spoke to Nathan, then traded emails with him. I sent him some pictures and he shipped me the replacement latch parts free of charge. Great service.

We purchased a Storage Shed and were so excited but we got one with one side panel missing and I was so afraid we couldn't get it and totally understand that things like this do happen but the company was very understanding and said they'd expedite it but the quality and assembly were so precise we will just wait and hopefully have many years of storage :-)

We found parts of an old shed in a house we moved into. We realized hardware is missing. I contacted customer service. The agent Gage Larkin was so helpful. He asked me for pictures of the shed since I didn’t have a model number. He found the model number and shipped the needed hardware so quickly. After I put things together I realized 2 more pieces were missing. Again within hours of my request he ordered the missing orders. Great service and products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just finished assembling shed. Found the directions very detailed and helpful. Was able to do sub assemblies in advance which made final assembly smoother. Walls and doors went up very smoothly. Everything fit well, walls were perfectly aligned and level, doors dropped in, and front gable lined up perfectly. This being said, it was very difficult to put the roof panels on - nothing aligned, and it took longer to do the roof than the rest of the shed. Now that it's up it looks good. Two items to consider - 1. While the skylight seemed like a great idea, the hot sun shining in raises the inside temp very quickly, and with no ventilation, it gets very hot inside. 2. The manual is generally good, and the YouTube videos can be very helpful - BUT - when you scan the QR code for Section 6 forward, it comes up "Private Video" and you can't get in. Had to use a back door entry to see what I wanted.

I bought two to replace some old metal lean-to sheds on the side of my garage. It was a narrow space that required a shallow, but spacious shed with head clearance, so I did not hit my head going through short doorways. We thought the decking was leveled reasonably well, but the we had trouble with corners and roof panels perfectly aligning with screw holes. Fair warning. We shimmed the corners and got it together. The second shed went together much faster as we did a better job of leveling before we started. These are my second and third Lifetime Sheds as the quality is outstanding and they are very weather tight. Two people can easily assemble one in 4-6 hours. The key is to establish a very level platform before you begin otherwise you will be struggling to shim corners and edges.
