Lifetime Lockable Polyethylene DIY Outdoor Storage Shed, 8' x 5', Tan & Brown (6406)

Shed appears to be sturdy and well made. Corners are solid pieces which make it more secure. The major negative issue we had in assembling it has to do with the instruction manual. There are pictures and no words which causes you to have to assume what the picture is describing. Also, on the description when purchasing the shed it does not go into detail as to what type of foundation is needed so it was not a good surprise that what we already built was not recommended. Overall good product.

Very well made and easy to assemble ( as long as you read and follow directions-LOL!). Looking forward to years of great service.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great shed sturdier than expected. I love the accessories that come with it. and is surprisingly holds a ton of stuff. I wish the door wasn't as difficult to make work. I still can't make it work so I have to contort it to shut. once shut it works great! I do love it but I see a need for improvement here. Also the corner pieces were kind of hard to get in. If you could figure out an easier solution that would be great.

Fast and easy to put up, works great keeps everything dry. It is not wood so no painting, woot!

This the cutest little shed and seems to be very sturdy. I love the way the doors open on the long side, it makes it very easy to get to everything. We paid a professional to set it up, it took him about 6 hours. It didn't seem easy. The only problem was getting everything square, the door will shut but not latch.

Great quality shed and looks great in my back yard next to the house for additional storage space. It came in with a couple of big boxes on a wooden pallets. It took about 3-4 hours for two person to assemble. Read the instruction carefully and follow the step by step procedures. There is a video in youtube on how to assemble it and a QR code on the instruction booklet that you can scan on your phone to and will show you a assembly video also (highly recommended).

Very happy with this product so far. With the help of a friend we were able to put this together in a day. It was a very hot day 110 degrees so we had to take lots of breaks. One warning, don't place the pieces on an uneven surface during a 110 degree day because they will warp a little. But once put together the pieces evened out. The package included way more screws and pieces than needed. This is good but very confusing and it made us think we missed screwing some of the parts, but we didn't.

This is my second shed of this type. I really like the design and appearance of them. They do require a lot of assembly. Instructions are pretty good, but it's important to follow them closely. Just got this one assembled yesterday. All is good except the doors! They simply overlap too much and it is very difficult to close them. And there is no adjustment!! I will need to do something but don't know yet

I have friends with lifetime brand sheds that are over 10 years old and still look great! I new it was the shed I wanted. During the building process I messed up a fairly large piece and no questions asked the company sent me out a new one. Very impressed!

We bought this shed because our garage was getting too full. My husband and I were able to put it together in about 5 hours. I am surprised on how much we can fit in the shed. The snow thrower and lawn mower on one side and gardening supplies on the other side. The window is a nice feature as it lets in a lot of natural light. There is also a 8' x 5' shed that does not have a window for $50 less. But this shed with the window includes 3 shelves, two corner shelves and two small pegboards for hanging tools. These are a great value for an additional $50 and would cost much more if bought separately from the shed. The shelves are sturdy and able to hold a lot of stuff. We were able to free up a lot of space in the garage (and it forced us to get rid of stuff that we did not use anymore and give away to good will which is a plus also). We rented a cement mixer 2 weeks before we put up the shed and poured a 9' x 5.5' concrete slab as a base for the shed. Besides the neighbor's cat walking across it, it worked great and really make the shed stand out. Only had the shed up for a week but we are very pleased.
