Lifetime Lockable Polyethylene Outdoor Storage Shed, 10' x 8', Tan & Brown (60005)

I bought a garden shed 6 yrs ago and used it as pool hut. Recent storms and tornadoes in Texas picked and tore my pool hut and fence but fortunately we were able to piece it together except one piece was missing. I called and they helped me a lot. Unfortunately I didn't have the buyers manual but the representative was very patient and helpful. After looking at pictures he sent me the manual and I was able to get the part. So glad that there are people like Richard to make our world much better place and now I will be able to fix it.

Got my son a shed for Christmas. We finally had a decent day to put it together and when we got into the box, one of the metal trusses was bent and we were unable to slide the roof onto it. I called and they immediately shipped me a new one and expedited delivery. Super grateful as we already had all the walls up and couldn't go any further. The shed is very high quality and easy enough to build for two people. Very happy with the purchase and with Lifetime.

I would love to give a five star rating, but the installation was just too complicated for that.having the part numbers in the installation manual mats to actual part numbers on the parts, would be greatly beneficial. The QRC's listed in the manual that link to lifetime videos are very helpful, but definitely viewing all the videos available online from other people who assembled the shed, is highly recommended.

Since I'm renovating my house, I had the construction crew put the shed together. It turned out beautiful! I bought it to replace my old worn out 10' x 8' shed. It actually looks bigger because it's higher than the old one. The two main features I like the best are the normal sized doors (my other shed I had to bend down to walk into it) and the windows and sky lights. The only reason I didn't give it a five star is because the crew had such a difficult time putting it together. I think if some of the pieces were put together before shipping, it would make it easier for people to put it up. Still, it turned out well in the end.

Plan to spend a weekend putting this thing together. EVERYTHING must be assembled down to the smallest part. EVERTHING must be assembled in order and every part (of 1000) is labeled with a (sometimes accurate) 3 letter ID code. Pure Headache.

We had a very hard time building this as the images on the manual don't really do much justice or reflect everything. I also received a broken piece of the roof

I really like this product. The only problem I have is that I received a duplicate roof part leaving a section that is open.

This shed is beautiful and will be functional but it took 3 people 15 hours to put together. There was one bag of screws that was labeled correctly according to the paper instructions and the QR code videos. Additionally the videos were we'll put together but often times the video linked didn't match the exact parts and it made it even more challenging. I would not recommend getting this shed specifically for the install. It was not worth the headache. We are very handy DIY people and this wasn't worth it.

Took forever to install and instructions confusing. Needed extra parts for when you be is dropped or confused.

This shed is poorly designed and poorly made. I started with a 2x4 pressure treated frame 16" center with 3/4 pressure treated plywood as decking. I assembled the shed exactly as instructed. The shed can only be assembled in one way because if anything is out of wack the screw holes don't match up. Everything was perfect until I tried to close the doors. The right door was 1 1/2" high. When I looked further the right wall that the door was attached to was an inch or so off the deck. After looking at several YouTube videos of how people fixed the same problem I ended up blocking the right rear corner with a 1 1/2" block. That seemed to work but looked awful and was probably going to be a problem in the future. When I contacted customer support I was told that the foundation was out of level even though I had sent them photos of the foundation with a level on it and pictures of the string lines I used to show that the foundation was straight and true. So they have a defective product and have to ay that it is my fault for some reason. I get it. I'll be contacting Sams Club for help and then the Better Business Bureau if that doesn't work.
