I did some research and selected the Lifetime shed based on reviews, quality and product dimensions (exterior height). I installed this under an existing deck and had a height limitation. I was worried about the light inside, but the two windows and skylight provide ample lighting, even under the deck. I extended the exiting patio using pavers after I excavated about 10" of soil. The shed was easy to install, looks great, and holds a ton. I am very satisfied with the value; quality and price.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our second buy for the lifetime sheds and they are awesome, assembly is fairly easy once you get your head around it(ask my Mrs hahaha) if there is one issue after a while screws from the sky light gable after a period fall out and can refit but do not fully tighten up, the wall support panels after a few years the plastic cracks away, this is on our first one which is 7 years old.
acheté l'année dernière mais installé seulement maintenant (problèmes de santé)montage tout seul, quelques difficultés pour le faitage. Notice très bien et quincaillerie impeccable.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I assembled it this week, strong and high quality. The part in the center of the transparent roof is not connected well enough.
This shed was easy to assemble and is great quality. We had it done is about 4.5 hours and watched the tutorial online before we got started. I also love the colour, it's very modern. Our shed is sitting on an 8x8 pressure treated wood base. Assembly best with two people.
there is no way that I could have done this without help..I am 5'4" tall; and almost 70 years old. I had to hire someone to help me..No way to build the foundation, put up walls etc alone. Also, lining everything up was tough.. Needed electric drill/screwdriver. because some of the holes were not positioned correctly. Took over 8 hours even with help. I cannot believe the reviews that said it was easy , did it themselves, and anyone who said took 4 hours was lying. Be prepared for at least one very full day. And , the deliveryman requires assistance. NOT A WALK IN THE PARK! But, considering all the above, so happy I have it..and it is a keeper better than anything else I have seen for size and quality.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The shed is of good quality... Comprehensive construction and assembly booklet as well as website & YouTube videos for clarity and understanding... Majority of the assembly was smooth... But the roof installation as well as the long clear skylight perspex was very problematic and I fear that during seasonal weather conditions changes, may cause it to unlodge or pop out slightly which may lead to water rain seeping through... I hope that this doesn't happen !
Great lifetime storage shed. Not easy to assemble directions were a bit confusing.
We bought this shed, 4 years ago. We thought it was doing just great. It has been sitting on a cement patio. I opened it this past summer and saw a lot of spider webs. I decided to clean it out. We call it our camping shed and everything had been wet. Earwigs are living in the creases In the floor, the walls and roof have warped, and most things have been wet. I have not figured out how that happened. I see some design flaws As we took it apart. We Have washed it and are Setting it back ip underneath our patio roof, To have more Sun protection. We will be reinforcing the walls with some sort of framing to try to get the warped Bow Out of the walls and roof. So, be mindful. Add in some extra from the elements. I forgot the mention, the sun had bleached out and rotted Some items by shining through the skylight plastic. Still a good shed. It has not fallen apart but I was very sad about the leaks and sun rot.
I ordered the shed. They took my money and I never got my shed. They sent me somebody else's storage bench. Which I don't want and it wasn't worth anywhere near as much as I paid for the shed. I got in touch with them and Salma told me they would ship my shed in a few days. It didn't come. So I called again and spoke with Victoria she said my shed would be coming in a few days. It's a week later still no shed and they took down the numbers that I could call for problems. Needless to say I'm not going to be ordering anything from them on line again.
