Lifetime NBA Branded 7.5 ft. - 10 ft. Adjustable Height 52" In-Ground Basketball Hoop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed some parts to repair a basketball in ground basketball hoop. I dealt with Kyle via emails. He requested pics and we exchanged information. I am extremely happy with how he took care of my issues. I would highly recommend Lifetime products. Kyle did an awesome job representing the company.

We bought a basketball hoop from a local store. Set up was easy. A few years went buy and a couple things broke. We called into the customer service line and product was registered and warranty has given us new hope for more basketball family style. Thanks

I needed a new part for my basketball hoop( not due to product quality) and my hoop is 6+ yrs old. Emailed the company and sent some photos. Response was less than 24 hrs and they said they'd replace for free. My next purchase will definitely be Lifetime product thanks again. Nice to know that great customer Service still exist

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this basketball system last year. Great easy to use and we'll built setup. Great customer care as we had a little accident with the system.

The powerlift system is amazing. My kids can raise and lower the hoop with ease. No poles needed, no super-human upper body strength required to change the height.

The basketball hoop is great quality and easy to assemble, with some assistance. The instructions were easy to follow. I used every bit of recommended concrete...and then some. That said, the back of the hoop started rusting within 1-week after installation (when looking from the back, it is the lower left hand 90-degree black corner). Typically a little rust wouldn't bother me, but in this case every time it rains the rust colored rain drips all over my freshly poured concrete patio. Not happy! Not sure if anyone else has this issue or if I'm the only "lucky" one. If it wasn't for the rust I would have given the review 5 stars.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago. This week started to install the hoop assembly. We found one part of height adjusting mechanism was missing. Lifetime support was timely and missing part was shipped on the same day requested.
