Lifetime NBA Branded 7.5ft - 10ft Adjustable Height 54" Shatterproof In-Ground Basketball System (92112)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family just moved into a new house and we were very excited about having the in-ground basketball hoop, and a high quality one such as Lifetime. When we were all moved in and I went to go play for the first time, I noticed that the height handle was damaged. I found the warranty and manual information left from the previous owners and contacted customer service. Even though the warranty was expired, they were still willing to work with me and ended up sending all of the necessary replacement parts free of charge. Very nice to see from a customer service stand point.

I broke a carriage bolt when tightening too hard. I found the parts I needed in the manual and called customer service. I left a call back number, 15 minutes later, I received a call. I asked for the replacement parts and they shipped them to me FREE!! I offered to pay,but she said no problem. The entire transaction took less than 5 minutes. So nice. So helpful.

I have to say awesome customer service. The gentleman on the phone assisted me with ordering replacement parts for my in ground basketball goal. When I asked him how much, he told me as a courtesy, no charge for the parts. WOW! didn't expect it at all. Was planning on paying. Thank you very much.

i replaced the Lifetime with a Lifetime. The other one had lasted more than 12 years and would have lasted longer except the original owners / installers didn't put the cap on the pole allowing water / bird nests etc. I like the new one and expect it to last. I did end up two inches under 10' due to not following the directions.

We had purchased a basketball hoop set almost two years ago and the family was extremely satisfied with the product. However, due to recent inclement weather in our area the hoop became damaged and was unusable. We contacted Lifetime's customer service and their representative, Emily, was more than helpful in locating the correct parts to ensure our basketball hoop was back up and safely running for years to come. Lifetime stands behind their products and lives up to their namesake! I highly recommend the Lifetime brand and truly appreciate employees like Emily who show pride in what they do. Solid build. Instruction manual was missing 2 steps, fortunately I watched the video instructions as well so I caught it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think the hoop is a good value. The parts need to be more organized. Seems like you have to search through all the bags to get what you need. It should be one part bag for each stage that you do. I had the wrong parts on three different items.

The instructions are missing steps 4.7 & 4.8. It makes the install process confusing. Had to look up the missing steps via the video resource.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just installed it this past week so it hasn't been used much yet. I love how easy it is to adjust the height for the kids. Assembly time below does not include cementing in the base pole. Then takes 3 days for cement cure. It was. A project but we hope it will last a very long time now.
