Easy to build, durable functional and best of all it looks pro type! Buying this product from Lifetime make me want to try their other products! Thanks lifetime!

I got this used basketball hoop for my 8-year old daughter and our whole family enjoys it. It was easy to move around and appears to be durable. We like adjusting the height for our kid and her friends to practice. The base is solid when you put water in it. Be careful when there isn't water or some weight on the base as the pole and hoop will tip. It helps to have two people set it up or position it. Customer service was great. I was missing one plug drain and looked all over the Internet to buy one. No luck. I contacted customer service and they responded promptly and helped me get one. Overall, my daughter and all her friends love shooting around. I never heard of Lifetime products before but I was impressed with their quality and customer service

We received a basketball hoop as a gift from my mom and waited a long time to put it together. Over time we misplaced one of the poles (four boys in and out of a garage and who knows what happened) I emailed Lifetime and they made it easy. The pole will be here before the end of the week and my boys will finally have their hoop put together.

My kids Love being able to play basketball outside. The portable/adjustable height basketball net was perfect for my kids aged 6-10. Sadly, we were having some lawn work done and one of the back hoes ran over the base of our new basketball net, crushing one corner. I emailed the company to ask if I could order a new base. They responded quickly (within an hour) asking what model I had and within 24 hrs they had replied and put in an order for a new base—FREE of charge!! I’m so impressed by the quality of the product and the customer service. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a basketball net!

We got it as a gift during g Christmas and we just started to put it together and we had 2 of the same parts so called and it took few min to get it all fixed and a new part on its way to us with out a charge Awesome customer service Tressa was great!!!

I bought my boys this portable basketball ball hoop a couple years ago. They played with all their friends multiple times but would relocate the hoop frequently. Eventually the base developed a hole from the constant movement up and down the driveway. I asked about a replacement part and the company was kind enough to send me a new base. I highly recommend this hoop. The kids LOVE it and it looks great. No more relocating it. It will stay in one spot at our new home!

I've only had it for 1 day. Assembly took about 2-3hrs. Some annoying stuff but that was likely a user issue. Works well.

4.5 stars. Good solid hoop for a driveway game. Takes a handful of hours to put together. Instructions are easy enough to follow. Recommend 2 people to assemble. We filled our base with H2old base and water and put 3 cinder blocks on top and the stabilization is solid. The backboard is not as stiff as I would prefer.

We're loving the initial play with our product, but we're missing a few smaller items that we will contact customer service about.

Wish I could leave a review but was not able to finish assembling it because I'm missing 2 pieces to finish the assembly of the handle
