[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My boys really enjoy playing in these kayaks and use them all the time in the Intracoastal near our house. On one kayak, the plug broke and went inside the kayak. I emailed Lifetime to ask how I could order a new plug. Within a day they emailed me back asking for product info and the following day offered to ship me replacement plugs free of charge. I'm always impressed when a company stands behind their products like this. Thank you.

My parents bought this for my children (ages 3-10) and they have gotten so much use out of it!! Lightweight, holes for draining, carrying handle, easy to maneuver, sturdy and when my kids broke the paddle rough-housing, Lifetime sent a replacement free of charge!

I bought 2 of the Kids Kayaks with paddle and they are great for young kids to learn how to paddle. Only problem felt needed a back band when they start using them longer trips. I sent Lifetime an e mail asking about possibility of getting couple back bands and really didn't expect much feedback.. Got immediate feedback in less than 24 hrs and have two shipping.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the kayak and have had it for several years. Recently, we lost the drain plug. We contacted the company to buy a replacement but they sent it for free. Again, we would have been happy to pay because it was our fault.

Perfect! We needed a kayak that would suit the younger children in the family and this is it! The younger kids are thrilled to get to paddle around like the big kids/adults. They can easily use on their own. Age on it is right..,,our 5,7, and 9 used it without any problems. The 4 year old struggled a little bit but by next summer she will be big enough to cruise around too.

Unfortunately, the paddles arrived with the ends flattened during shipping, so the paddle could not be assembled. Ian at customer service honored the guarantee and is replacing the paddle. The kayak itself is fine and works great, we had to borrow a neighbors paddle.

Great boat overall for small paddlers - very stable, easy in and out they have lots of fun … just remember to try and empty the hollow hull of water when done or seal cracks with caulking or tape- very small just a bit of water inevitably gets in

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I bought one of these kayaks and then my dad bought another one and gave it to us for our kids (age 8 & 10) to learn on. The included paddle is decent and the kayak paddles, loads and unloads easily. We store our kayaks outdoors and encountered an issue with one of them where it appears some woodland critter gnawed at the drain plug, rendering it quite useless. When I contacted customer service they immediately offered to send me a replacement, which arrived about a week from my initial contact. Considering there was no charge and they even sent me two (though I think they are packaged that way) I have to say this was a very positive experience with their products and would definitely recommend them to others.

I never received my kayak. It was obviously lost by fed ex and I called lifetimen2 weeks ago to let you know and I was told they would send me a new one which I have never received. I have tried calling your company for the last week and no one answers the phone. I have also left a message. I would like to be reimbursed for this product that I paid for and never received
