I was extremely impressed. I have written/called other companies in the past with NO reply, so I didn't have high expectations. I plan on future purchases from Lifetime and I've already told friends about your fantastic customer service (with eight grandchildren, you just can't have too many kayaks!).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased 2 kayaks as Christmas gifts for my granddaughters in 2016. One of them had a seam that split after the first year and caused it to take on water. I was unaware of the issue for a few years. When I reported the problem to Lifetime (3 years and 11 months after purchasing it) they honored their lifetime warranty and set up an order to replace the kayak at no charge the next day.

I bought 2 of the Kids Kayaks with paddle and they are great for young kids to learn how to paddle. Only problem felt needed a back band when they start using them longer trips. I sent Lifetime an e mail asking about possibility of getting couple back bands and really didn't expect much feedback.. Got immediate feedback in less than 24 hrs and have two shipping.

Great boat overall for small paddlers - very stable, easy in and out they have lots of fun … just remember to try and empty the hollow hull of water when done or seal cracks with caulking or tape- very small just a bit of water inevitably gets in

The kayak tracks well and is comfortable-very important to us. Only complaint is that the small gray seat clip and black round strap clip are easily lost-best if secured with thin elastic or the like so they don't end up in the water. Lifetime was great and replaced our pieces as we lost several after the first time usage. Thank you!

No backrest arrived with it but after calling the company, i received it much earlier than expected. I was very surprised but happy and really did not think i would get it so soon. Now its just a matter of actually trying it out on the water to see how well it does! If i have no complaints from the kids using it, i may order another one a bit later! Thank you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I bought one of these kayaks and then my dad bought another one and gave it to us for our kids (age 8 & 10) to learn on. The included paddle is decent and the kayak paddles, loads and unloads easily. We store our kayaks outdoors and encountered an issue with one of them where it appears some woodland critter gnawed at the drain plug, rendering it quite useless. When I contacted customer service they immediately offered to send me a replacement, which arrived about a week from my initial contact. Considering there was no charge and they even sent me two (though I think they are packaged that way) I have to say this was a very positive experience with their products and would definitely recommend them to others.

I never received my kayak. It was obviously lost by fed ex and I called lifetimen2 weeks ago to let you know and I was told they would send me a new one which I have never received. I have tried calling your company for the last week and no one answers the phone. I have also left a message. I would like to be reimbursed for this product that I paid for and never received
