Lifetime Polyethylene Storage Shed, 53 cubic feet, Vertical, Gray (60300U)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought x2 Timeline sheds from a UK supplier to replace old wooden ones storing my gardening and leisure items. Excellent products, well made, with comprehensive instructions provided which resulted in perfect build. Only drawback was insufficient wall hooks for my own needs, however on e-mailing the company in US, I was delighted to receive a response from Customer Service within 24 hours confirming an extra set would be shipped to the UK on receipt of my contact details. This has now arrived safely and already in use. Thank you for your excellent truly international post purchase service proving that 3000+ miles is no barrier to delivering a helpful and courteous business philosophy.

Exactly what I had expected. The build is very strong once installed. Metal supports provide extra strength. Instructions are perfect. Pay close attention to the pictures to avoid mistakes.

Great shed and comes with hooks

I think that that materials are excellent including heavy duty plastic and metal pieces. Some of the assembly instructions, primarily some of the visual representations of the pieces could be better. I have previous experience with Lifetime shed assembly, it took me about 5 hours to put this together.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This shed was shipped via FedEx and delivered in this condition. Even though parts were missing, there was NO damage to the contents! I call Lifetime Customer Service and received the missing pieces 2days later. It took 2 weeks to ship from Costco (they were no help , only would send me out another shed in 2 weeks) Fantastic customer service Fantastic packaging of their product Fantastic shed, easy to put together and looks great. I would recommend Lifetime Products any day...

This is my second purchase of a Lifetime Vertical shed within one year. Easy to put together for those with a mechanical skill set. Although it's easier with assistance from another individual, I was able to put it together by myself within 2 hours, using a two by four pick of wood to hold the walls up, and a heavy brick on the roof to screw it down. The material is very strong and really stands up to the weather.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just a perfect resolution to my problem. Would not hesitate to purchase any of their products in the future. In fact, will go out of my way to for future purchases.

I purchased this storage cabinet few week ago, I put it together( very simple if the assembly manual is followed step by step) I miss one or two items wich did not prevent me to do the assembly. I sent them an email, and the issue was solved promptly. Price very competitive, great item for my needs.

My shed was ordered from Costco and arrived on 4/11/19 without the hardware and the box was really beat up. (FedX Delivery). I ordered replacement parts on 4/12/19 and they are scheduled for delivery (FedX) on 4/19/19. Too long for parts that should have come with the original delivery. Customer Service means you serving the customer.

This shed has a lot of problem: 1- the instructions are very confusing 2- most of the holes do not line up 3- 2 plastic tool hooks out of 6 pieces are cracked and I would like to get replacements if possible This shed is very light, I have to hook it to some railing against the wind. If the above problem do not exist I would have rate it 4-5. I ask to send me the black plastic too hooks please.
