[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The amazing aftercare service from 'Lifetime' outstrips any aftercare service I have ever witnessed in my 55 years on the planet! A simple email with the attached image of the tiny rain stop part I was missing was all it took to initiate the despatch of the part from the distribution centre. The part arrived within 48hrs doorstep to doorstep via FedEx. Where I live, that would be impressive if it had been ordered and delivered within 48hrs in my own country. The incredible part of all of this is the fact that the part was sent from the other side of the USA and I am in a town called Swindon on the other side of the world (over 5,000 miles away in the United Kingdom)! What an outstanding service... and the part is exactly what I needed too! I am simply in absolute awe of the speed and accuracy of the service. Thank you so much! 😁👍

I was so happy when I open the doors after the storm was over and there was a drop of rain inside. Great design. And the customer service agent was very helpful.

But after that, it was smooth sailing. No missing parts. Everything fit together well. I would recommend this shed to anyone. I called Lifetime to order some more wall hooks (you can never have too many wall hooks!). They sent me a bag of 6 hooks at no charge as a gift for recently purchasing this shed. Thank you Lifetime!

Assembly requires 2 people and probably (if you are mechanically inclined) 6 to 8 hours. Instructions are very clear and easy to understand. Yes, I would recommend this building to anyone needing a quick, attractive storage building.

I called customer service in Utah and upon explaining our inability to connect the outer panel to center panel, received excellent service in obtaining replacement floor panels for my recently purchased Outside Shed. Thank you

I bought an outdoor storage shed and something was missing for assembly. I was able to contact the company easily and they were very courteous and shipped the pieces out with no charge or hassle.

I bought the shed the end of April. I was shorted two windows. I contacted the company and after 3 weeks I received one window. When I contacted the company again I was told we're out of stock and honestly we don't know when it's going to be back in stock. I'm completely unsatisfied.
