Lifetime Spitfire 8 ft Sit-On-Top Kayak, Lime Green (90245)

We bought 2 Emotion kayaks 3+ yrs ago. At least 1 seat buckle broke immediately. As more buckles broke, I carried hairbands to rig the seats. Now that we use the kayaks more often, I thought to look into replacement buckles. Within 2 hours of the request, Customer Service, Dionte answered my questions and placed the order. It could not have been quicker or easier to resolve the problem. Thank you so much! Hopefully, the buckle design is updated/improved since we purchased the kayaks.

Additionally, due to storage limitations at home they have been store outdoors. The colors of both have remained vivid, never fading. Kudos to customer service as well, replacement of a strap buckle was easy and set to arrive in about 4 days. Outstanding!

I had a broken strap the holds the seat up. I contacted the company to see if they could help me find a replacement. Guess what? They had one in stock and sent it to me for free! What great customer service. I loved my kayak before, and now I love the company! Thanks!

I had a quality concern with one of my older kayaks and reached out for assistance. The team responded quickly, reviewed the situation, and ultimately replaced the product free of charge. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This kayak is well-loved — I've owned it for just about 8 years now — and it just a fun little kayak. Tracking straight takes some time to master, it will seem impossible at first, and even then, it is never great, but it is incredibly stable, you can stand up in it and fish, and easy to transport. It's built like a tank.

This is such a fun & versatile watercraft!! Both adults & older children can navigate easily on it! It's light enough to easily carry and load. We're so happy we got two of them. Also, customer service is par excellence! One kayak had a small seat clip missing at delivery. The Lifetime team send a replacement immediately.

A side paddle just broke away from the craft. This is less than 24 hours within my purchase. I didn't even have a paddle in it. It was on my garage floor and I was reading about craft features etc… and it just snapped 🤷‍♂️
