And this was an amazing deal, even with the additional shipping cost. We have used these so many times over the past few months and Im really happy with them! The backseat is very comfortable but sometimes I do bring a little cushion a towel to sit on for a long trip. My only complaint is that the waterproof lid is open to the entire inside of the kayak so its notMy only complaint is that the waterproof lid is open to the entire inside of the kayak so its not like you can just sit your phone in it because it could fall all the way to the back. Weve made up for this by putting things in a grocery sack and letting it stick out the edge so that it doesnt fall too far.

I bought a kayak and lost my seat in route to the river. I contacted to buy a new one. Lifetime sent me a seat free of charge. I will be buying lifetime for my lifetime for now on!

Darwin asked for some numbers off of my kayak which I emailed to him. Darwin sent me a replacement backrest free of charge which I received in about 7 days.

Though it took 40 minutes of waiting, when I get though the representative was very helpful and patient. She took the time to send me an email with a picture of the item I was purchasing and waited for me to receive the email and confirm that it was the product I needed.

I had been looking for a hatch cover that I had lost from a Lifetime Tahoma kayak. I contacted Lifetime customer service and explained what I was looking for. In three days I had a new one in my hand, plus free of charge. Amazing customer service. This is one of the reason I have 2 Lifetime kayaks and the next one I purchase will also be a Lifetime.

Once I came back to the Camp and was putting them away I noticed one of the paddles was damaged. I called customer service and without question they replaced the paddle with a new to be shipped immediately. Way to go Alfonso!!!

I have recommended their kayaks to all me friends who own Life Time as well. I recently called to purchase a seat that was lost when it blew off my truck and they replaced for free. Who does this? They do! And is why I will continue to buy from them. This is the second time they stood up to do something they did not have to do. A great company with a great product.

I broke a handle/plug assembly and wrote to ask where to get one. Once Darwin found out my model, the next email I received was an order notification that one was being shipped to me. Great customer service. I love my kayaks and appreciate this level of customer service! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

We have had a couple of issues with the seat back clips that mount on the side of the seats but in both cases the company stood behind their product by timely sending replacement parts with zero pushback on me, the customer. Great product supported by great service!

I love how easy it is to get in and out of from dock. I could use a longer paddle, and wish there was an adjustment for that. My knees occasionally bump into the raised black circle compartment, but maybe that is my form, not sure. I wish that part was repositioned. For the price it is absolutely terrific. My neighbor with a kayak he paid 4 times as much for is clearly envious. Even thought the delivery was $70 the low price still made it a bargain, especially since most places won't deliver kayaks right now. The kayak provides wonderful excercise for my upper body while this quarenteen goes on.
