Exactly What We Needed To Maximize Our Storage Rm
Rack was easy to assemble and all accessories were well packaged and well marked for installation. Beware, once the rack is loaded with 72 chairs, it takes 2 people to move it across a carpeted floor. However, if the floor is tiled, hardwood, or smooth, 1 person can easily move the rack across the room.

Very Sturdy
I put together 3 of these carts. The first one took me 5 hours, then the next ones about 2.5 hours each. The cart is very solid but not that difficult to move around even fully loaded with 72 chairs. based on how they are built, the size of the wheels, etc., I expect them to last as long as the chairs do.

Great customer service
Stephanie did a wonderful job of representing your company today. She was very helpful to me in getting a replacement part for my Lifetime chair rack. It came in with a broken part. When I called, I did not have my order receipt available. Stephanie was able to research and find my order record. Was a great plan - too bad it failed us.
This thing is IMPOSSIBLE to steer. We have 64 chairs on it, and I guess it's just gonna stand in a corner now. We can't drive it anywhere!!
