I love cream cheese, this is an excellent alternative or version of it, and it works VERY well in its stead. Creamy, crumbly-smooth and delicious. I'm an older guy and smarter choices are in order. For younger people, make the move to low sodium and hear healthier choices to save yourself much time and grief. Never had a history, but there are compelling reasons why heart issues are the leading cause of death, and you CAN adapt to avoid this because so much is placed in the food processing. Spreadable creamy cheese that is a blank canvas for your own flavors. I have to add salt, but I also like to add jalapeños, onions, pepper, chicken, balsamic vinegar, olives, and anything else you can imagine. When I purchased this, I had no idea what this was, and I was pleasantly surprised. Will definitely buy again.
