It's rare that something this delicious, is this good for you. And walmart has the absolute best value on this kefir, I've never found anyone to compare on price. I love the unflavored unsweetened too, so I can just add a little stevia and cut down on sugar that way. Walmart keeps a pretty good stock, but it does sell out often. It has a very long expiration date, so stock up!

Pretty good tasting. Wanted a natural probiotic after taking antibiotics so I bought this. Thicker than milk but thinner than yogurt. Sweet and a little tart. I'm lactose intolerant so I can't drink this regularly but I do recommend it for those who can.

Excellent kefir. Great natural strawberry taste. Very good health benefits. Price is a bit steep, but it's worth it. The strawberry one is probably best for those who drink it daily. The blueberry one is good as an alternative, but the strawberry never gets old.

Kefir is a much more nutriment dense form of yogurt. I've drank this product for many years, not only as a snack, but as a natural medicine. It helps to maintain a good digestive system. The flavor smooth, tangy and the flavored ones are not overly sweet. Lifeway makes its product with natural cane sugar, much better than artificial. They also make a frozen version which was delicious. When taken regularly it really helps your gut health. If you have never eaten kefir or yogurt , it is an acquired test.

this is a little tart or tangy so if you want a regular tasting yogurt or something sweet, this probably is not for you. But, I put granola in it and sometimes walnuts and eat it. the granola adds a little sweetness to it and it's my favorite breakfast or lunch.

This is a great product for people who care about their health and want to increase their macrobiotic health. It is a lot lither than a yogurt, think of it as a juice with pulp. The test is good, but because of the texture I like to add something crunchy

I love having a few spoonfuls in the morning to jump start my day. I do not have as much trouble with heartburn when I have this daily and it tastes good. I have a consistency problem when there is pulp in my drinks, so I appreciate that this brand filters it out. I also like that the container is recyclable after taking off the outside plastic.

this is great when your kid that loved danimals is a teen that can drink a 6 pack of them lol. it's also good for smoothies, when you don't feel like eating but need something on your stomach, when your taking antibiotics and need the live cultures to help keep your good bacteria levels healthy. I would like it to be a little sweeter but that is easy enough to fix.

I started buying Lifeway Kefir to help with my digestion, and the strawberry flavor is by far my favorite. It's much easier (and tastier) than taking a probiotic pill. I love that it's 99% lactose-free and packed with protein. Great quality for the price at Walmart!

My kids drink this kefir almost daily. They like the flavor, and they ask me to buy more if we ever run out. My only complaint about this product is that, sometimes it'll be extremely runny! It's not expired, and shaking it won't do anything. It is just a watery mess. Not sure why? I make my own Crème fraîche sometimes, so I have an idea what could've gone wrong with the kefir. Still, it's super frustrating to receive a bottle that is undrinkable.
