Lifeway Low Fat Milk Strawberry Kefir, 32 fl oz Plastic Bottle

I was hesitant to try kefir because I'd read that the taste can be very tangy, but these Lifeway strawberry flavored ones are delicious! I mostly mixed them into smoothies to add protein and calcium but I've also just had a small glass for a quick breakfast and as a beverage with a snack lunch of cheese and crackers. Even my kiddos aged 2-16 enjoyed these. I do think they have a bit of sugar so if you're diabetic or carb counting this is something to consider.

this is great when your kid that loved danimals is a teen that can drink a 6 pack of them lol. it's also good for smoothies, when you don't feel like eating but need something on your stomach, when your taking antibiotics and need the live cultures to help keep your good bacteria levels healthy. I would like it to be a little sweeter but that is easy enough to fix.

Kefir is an acquired taste, and if you like it, you should like this product from Lifeway. It is smooth and both the strawberry and blueberry varieties and pleasant tasting. I like it for health benefits (low fat and probiotics) and that it is usually tolerated by those with lactose issues.

Bruv if you're craving a danimals or YO-J from your child hood this will itch your fix. KEEP IN MIND IT IS TART/SOUR but has enough sweetness to get the job done. Only thing that would make this better is if the milk was sourced from a local goth muscle mommy. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Excellent kefir. Great natural strawberry taste. Very good health benefits. Price is a bit steep, but it's worth it. The strawberry one is probably best for those who drink it daily. The blueberry one is good as an alternative, but the strawberry never gets old.

It's rare that something this delicious, is this good for you. And walmart has the absolute best value on this kefir, I've never found anyone to compare on price. I love the unflavored unsweetened too, so I can just add a little stevia and cut down on sugar that way. Walmart keeps a pretty good stock, but it does sell out often. It has a very long expiration date, so stock up!

I think it's the best Kefir available. You can really feel the probiotics working. I WISH Walmart would sell the sugar free version, but the calories and carbs in the strawberry aren't bad. It's actually not all that sweet, which is positive as far as I'm concerned. I put liquid sucralose in to make it sweeter. It makes good smoothies, and if you stick in the freezer and don't let it sit there too long it's really good frozen. And it's lowfat. So, yeah, I 'd definitely recommend. But I'd really like to see the no-sugar-added version. I may start looking elsewhere for it, because I really don't need the extra carbs.

I started buying Lifeway Kefir to help with my digestion, and the strawberry flavor is by far my favorite. It's much easier (and tastier) than taking a probiotic pill. I love that it's 99% lactose-free and packed with protein. Great quality for the price at Walmart!

I chose this product to improve digestion and it has truly worked! I am liking it better than yogurt, which I didn't expect. It is creamy textured and not too tart. I have put it in many smoothies and drank a half cup for snacks. it really is delicious! I've used the plain version, as well and am looking forward to trying the blueberry. A dietary blessing!

I switch around ftom strawberry - blueberry (deeper dense flavor) %26 strawberry banana the most mild flavor. Been liking the strawberry banana flavor best lately. Mix a little blueberry for diff flav. Is good. Better -diverse probiotics than yogurt or yocult. Wish it was raw
