People are dumb
This product has a low rating because people don't know how to read labels. This is my first kefir and I find it DELICIOUS. It's smooth and thick. The strawberry flavor isn't cloying like protein powder or strawbeery syrup. It does taste sour like Greek yogurt, as it's supposed to. Cultured milk does that. Overall 10/10 will buy again.

Eww, Nasty tasting!
Eww, this tasted nasty! Had I known it tasted so bad I never would have bought this! I don't care how good it's supposed to be for me! Maybe it would taste better with some sugar or honey added, but this tastes just awul.
