This is like a healthy smoothie in a jug. SOOOO GOOD gotta have the 3 %whole milk fat. It's Kefir and so good for you. You will Not regret trying this but you will be on every delivery app trying to find it once you get addicted 🫵 like I am

This kefir has a smooth, creamy texture and the peach flavor tastes fresh without being too sweet. It's easy to drink, makes a great quick breakfast or snack, and I like that it has probiotics. I've already added it to my regular grocery list.

Kiefer reminds me of the refreshing taste of buttermilk Just wish they had mire flavors besides peach.

The nutrients are helpful for your digestion and gut health. The texture is thick but tastes good.

I liked the taste but once again a supposed good for you item lists natural flavors. This can be anything and so I'm going to stay away from this in the future. I've seen a very bad list of what natural flavors can be. Didn't even think to look because it's meant to health oriented kefir. Too pricey to skip on real peach flavors.

Their previous peach kefir was great, but this must've been reformulated because it doesn't taste the same and not for the better. There's barely any peach flavor anymore and my daughter compared it to sour cream due to the lack of sweetness as well. Not our favorite anymore.
