i orderex two laundry baskets. inly the kids were sent ti me. Though the customer service representative from Walmart was friendly and helpful by reaching out to the third party provider and telling me that they would be in touch with me, i have heard nothing else since. These laundry baskets are supposed to be Christmas presents.

Very unstable, the stick's that's to make it steady, kept falling apart. Which made it dangerous. Not at all what I was expecting,

I didn't know it was a soft clasable hanper. There was nothing in the description that said it was . I thought I was getting a solid hamper. very disappointed. I can use it for storage. I wanted it fir dirty clothes.
