when it showed up in two boxes, I was a little intimidated, but the whole thing only took 45 minutes put together and you don't need tools. Just use those work gloves they send you so you don't cut your hands on any of the sharp bits while you're settling it. I bought this as a Christmas gift for my brother. He loves it.

Chair comes in 2 separate boxes. The second box did come a few days later. The massage feature is not deep tissue by any means, however I find it very soothing. For the price, you can not beat this chair. it stands you all the way up and lays you almost flat. I am 5'5" and fit very comfortably on this chair; my feet stick off the end slightly. I love the heat feature on it. I bought this for myself instead of a nursery glider as im expecting a baby. I am very happy with my purchase. I did buy the warranty to be safe, as electronics can go bad on these things quickly. I would recommend doing that. Overall very happy with the product.

I got this chair for my 91 year old mother for her birthday, and she loves it. It really lifts her up so she can just basically stand without javing to rock back and forth to get up. Excellent quality.

I love my new chair. It is amazing on my back my neck. Everything is massaged even my leg and the heat really helps on my back. I've had bad problems. All my life and this chair has made my life better thank you Walmart and thank you for the delivery at my door.

The Chair Took a little while to assemble but what I found the instructions book with my knowledge of assembly things it came quite easy. The chair is comfortable so far and fabulous assembled for all the one day.

I bought this recliner because of the lift.I will be having back surgery in a couple of weeks. The quality ig good for the price but the chair is not that comfortable. I hope the comfort increases as the chair gets "broke in". I am a 66 year old male that weighs 250 pounds and am 5'10". I would recommend this chair. If you want something super comfortable you will need to spend $1000.00.

I'm very disappointed with the purchase. I bought this as a gift for my husband to replace a recliner he had for over 10 years. However, 1st, it was very difficult putting the covers over the arm rests, which we still were not able to fully zip them up. so they're still half done. The chair came with a small rip on the bottom. The chair does not rock at all, which my husband misses about his old chair. the price of the chair was not too bad, however after taxes %26 delivery were added, the price went up significantly. I wanted to box it up %26 send it back, but my husband said that we fought too hard to put it together %26 spent over an hour wrestling with the harm rests, so let's just keep it. I was so excited to give this gift to him, but I ended up feeling so bad about it. I think he's just keeping it because he felt bad that I was so excited to give it to him... SIGH!!!

It seems the control are not properly marked The control operate other then selected feature When ship the box was beat up but not torn Controls move to slow. Nice and roomy other than that not pleased with it

When in normal position, it sits very low to the ground. Every time I try to move it, the back comes out. It, it doesn't snap in tightly, very cheaply made. I would not recommend this chair to anyone who needs one. The massage and heat mechanisms works Great , that's about the only good thing I could say about this chair. also, it was a very, very difficult assembly.

The chair is super small. I'm of a short stature and my feet hung off the foot lift. The seat isn't very comfortable, not enough padding. It would be good for a child.
