I love this product. I’ve been using it with my son (autism/anxiety) in addition to his normal meds with good results. People have complained about diarrhea, but that was not an issue for him. I’ve begun taking them myself because the outcomes were so promising.

I've tried several probiotics over the years with very little success so I wasn't expecting much when I bought this one based off a recommendation in Rachel Ray Magazine, but it was worth a try since my trusted collagen from Dr. Axe was pictured right beside it. So, I was willing to try this product. I can report that, for me, I have noticed a definite improvement in my mood and outlook. This supplement has literally changed my life! I’ve struggled for 14 years with depression, intestinal problems, forgetfulness and foggy memory (like a gold fish), lack of ambition etc. This has really helped with all of them to the point of being able to taper off one of my antidepressants. I was skeptical at first but I honestly feel as though it makes a difference in my day, for the better! Leaves me feeling energized... but not the kind that leaves you anxious and with a fast heart rate. The kind where you just feel well rested, a little optimistic about your day, and like you can make it through. I love it!

I don't know how to rate this product yet, I just took my first pill today. The reason that I only gave it 3 starsis that we have a large front yard, and my husband found the package just thrown on the grass almost to our fence.I have no idea what happened, and guess I never will. Later after I've tried the product for a while, I will leavea more conclusive review.

I ordered these based on the reviews. After taking them for a few weeks I felt it was safe to leave a review. I was so excited when I found these so you can imagine my disappointment when they did the complete opposite for me. I was sick and sluggish from like day 4 till when I quit taking them. A couple days after I stopped taking them the symptoms of tiredness and sickness went away. I was super sad they didn’t work for me.
