The cameras work better than expected! For the price, I was worried they would be low quality, but they were great! We opted for the cloud storage and use that instead of the sd cards, because the cards some how became corrupted. We're not sure if it happened due to power surges during a few severe thunderstorms that knocked out the power. The cameras made it fine through the power outages and surges and still work well! We caught some interesting things on video with them!
works great easy to hook up and love the different things it can do. its better then my other cameras that were way more expensive then this one.
hard to pair one of them, shrug.. fast shipping good product. the app is a tiny bit weird bcuz i can't get it to just go back in time like if i want to replay 2 minutes ago? good luck. also if you don't pay for upgraded the motion detection alerts don't show you what's set off the alert. but that's the app, the actual cameras are great.
can use as described but SD card quickly became unusable. then it keeps asking me to use cloud instead. I feel like that SD card was a tactic to sell cloud space.
The instructions and the app are not very user friendly. When I called customer service, I was directed to another number that just rang and rang. I called the original number again and that person seemed real confused as to what to do to help me.
Only received one camera lightbulb should have been two is what was advertised
The device was set up then the device went online and will not go back online even after resetting the device…
Do not buy. They don't work unless you have the screwed into a light bulb socket and it has to stay powered on at all times.
Would not stay adjusted. Didn't catch people coming up ramp. Seller will not respond and unable to return
Would not connect to the Wi-Fi
