I’ve tried different types of salt over the years, but Celtic sea salt truly stands out. The flavor is rich and clean, and you can actually taste the difference compared to regular table salt. I love that it’s minimally processed and retains its natural minerals, which makes it a healthier option for everyday use. I use it for cooking, seasoning, and even in my water for mineral balance and hydration, and it dissolves beautifully. A little goes a long way, and it enhances the flavor of food without making it taste overly salty.
Celtic sea salt has sooo many health benefits. This is like having electrolyte water. It tastes similar to Liquid IV without the fruit taste because of the minerals within the salt. This is an age old remedy and great for your health. I put a 1/2 tsp in my lemon water every morning and trust me a little goes a long way! This keeps me hydrated and feeling my best. This is a great and trusted brand! Definitely recommend!
This Celtic sea salt was really delicious and what I had been looking for. My nephew (who is a “top doc”) recommended this salt. I was told it is an extremely “clean” product from the non polluted Irish North Sea with no plastic pollution due to its extreme northerly location, and extremely low in sodium. Also, please note that it is very concentrated…only a very small pinch will work. Enjoy!!!
This product was recommended by a close friend. I've now been using this salt instead of my typical seasoning salt. It adds a great flavor to all types of protein and veggies. Also, you can't beat the price! Being that it's coarse, I don't use a lot and I can imagine that I won't need more for a long time.
I started taking this to detox . now that I've done more research, it does wonders. The benefits Celtic Sea Salt has to offer is very well worth the price. Health is wealth . I use it now to help me from Cramping as well whenever I'm just about to end a 3 day fast . If you do a half a teaspoon and a half teaspoon of baking soda you can lose so much weight just in a week ! like everything do your research and if you are going to try this out, don't over do it skip a day or two and don't do it for more than 2 weeks . I'm no doctor but just speaking from experience!
I purchased this salt for it's mineral benefits. I put a few pieces of salt under my tongue in the mornings then let them melt on their own then take a few sips of water for the most benefits. It's great!! I occasionally sprinkle some on my steaks %26 potatoes which I plan on making for dinner tonight.
I like the resealable bag, but you’ll want to transfer it. I don’t mind because I’m sure it cut down on cost. I researched and this came up as one of the best and healthiest options at a great price point. So I had to try it and it didn’t disappoint.
this salt includes natural minerals my body needs. i use a pinch with a glass of water each morning. it tastes pretty salty to me because i have been cutting salt back for a while. in the long run , i feel i will benefit from these minerals. I have read that they can enhance the taste of our foor
I bought this salt because it claims to have minerals that are not found in regular sea salt, which appeals to me. Assuming it does contain the minerals it does, and I have no reason to doubt that info, the benefit of the added minerals can be better for my body. It is a bit pricey, but comparable to other products like it. I chose Celtic Sea Salt due to its' familiar name. The salt is damp which is a bit surprising at first and does have a slight sea smell upon opening. It is best kept in a salt box because it will not flow well from a shaker like a dry salt. I enjoy the taste of the salt, the texture and size of the salt pieces. I use it as a finish salt directly on my food rather than cook with it. I don't use much salt when cooking anyway, but It's a bit too expensive to use it in a pot of boiling water for pasta and such.
I just realized that this product has a class action suit claiming it contains significant levels of lead and arsenic!
