I think the product is an amazing one. It delivers on what it promises. I was also quite impressed by the strength of the magnet on the carrying case. It is quite evident that both products are sturdy and built with quality materials to last a long time. I was very happy that the SIM card came already installed. The instructions for use were very simple. I was a bit concerned that it would not be able to track my entire route just because cell signal strength is a bit weak where I live. However, when I tracked my route all the street names were there and were accurate. I was already impressed with the idea of it, but seeing it work took it to a whole other level. Definitely a 5-star product in my opinion.
Arrived VERY quickly - faster than they said it would - and in great shape - it was packaged very well. It came charged, which was very nice, but I charged it overnight anyway, just to be sure. It was really easy to set up and use. the directions for getting it acclimated were spot on and it worked perfectly after that. I liked the variety of options you could look at and all the different reporting options as well. The case could have come with a bit more instructions for use, however. I highly recommend the unit and the service. The company emails are very informative also!
I'm really happy with this product! The device was easy to set up and the tracking system is very accurate. I would recommend to anyone trying to track the whereabouts of something, especially something like a vehicle
