This hair dryer is excellent. It's very quiet compared to past hair dryers and very easy to control. I bought this for my wife and we liked it so well I bought an additional one because nothing lasts forever and it wouldn't be available later. Good thing I did. After about two months the GFCI (the plug) failed. I cut it off and replaced it with a regular plug. We plug it into a GFCI outlet so there is still protection. Probably could have sent it back for warranty but the plug was $3 and I didn't want to go through the hassle of the warranty/return process.

Well made product, feels solid and easy to handle. One design quibble is the control buttons placement makes it too easy to turn the heat off - but that's much better than if you could accidentally turn the heat on! I could use a dryer with one lower heat setting than this dryer, maybe one lower air speed. But that means this is a good dryer!

This dryer does everything that was advertised. I have only used it a few times as I just received it, but I am so pleased. Lightweight, heat control, and even that it looks so great! I intend to buy another for a gift after I use mine for a few more months.

Love the how the dryer isn’t too heavy %26 bulky. Dries my hair incredibly fast. Love the blue/white color scheme along with changing light colors near the controls I use it with the attachment while my husband prefers to use it without. Would definitely buy again!

This thing is the best. I'm 61 and had a dozen or more hairdryers over the years and none dried my thick hair with any speed. This one dries my thick head of hair in 5 minutes!!! Don't hesitate. Just get one and see for yourself. It also is very quiet compared to traditional dryers and it has cool lights and easy to operate.

The dryer is lightweight and performs well. My hair dried relatively quickly. It felt very smooth and there was no frizziness. I was worried about the possibility of hair getting sucked into the air intake as that is a problem with some dryers of this shape. However, this dryer’s intake does not pull hair into it. It is much quieter than previous dryers I have owned. I can listen to an audiobook while using it. Because of how little it weighs my hand does not get tired holding it. Because of how short the part is that the air comes out, I never accidentally bump it into my head which I did (rarely, but ouch) with the old style handheld dryer. The push buttons are easy to press and are easier to use than the slider switches on my old dryer. Also, when you press the cool shot button, it blows cool air until you press the cool shot button again. My old dryer delivered cool air only when the cool shot button was being pressed down. This was both awkward and tiring. The dryer is ergonomically designed and attractive. It feels like intelligence is built into the design. The User Manual is well-organized and gives the information you need to safely operate the dryer. I have not used the smoothing nozzle but I did confirm it attaches magnetically. I also have not yet taken off the removable air filter. The hair dryer was delivered to my mailbox. The packaging was well-designed to protect the product during shipping. Additionally, there was a removable thin paper that clung to the main body of the dryer to protect it from scratches. I did get the hair dryer at a 40% discount. If the dryer lasts and continues operating well, I will consider it money well spent. Once I’ve used the smoothing nozzle and once I have more experience concerning the dryer’s longevity, I will update this review. In the meantime I look forward to using this hair dryer on a regular basis.

Love this little hair dryer. It's very pretty. Fits nicely in your hand. Does not get all tangled up in my long hair. Dries hair quickly… maybe too quickly. Seems to only have one temperature that is between too hot and way too hot 🥵 Makes your hair frizz if you dry it too long. I would be happier if it actually had the cooler settings it claims to have - I would return it but they are all sold out, and for the price I paid for it, I would rather keep it than try to apply such a small credit to another full priced dryer.

Product worked well for about 4 months. It had various speed and heat settings. Dried hair quickly. Unfortunately, at 4 months it sucked a hair into the air intake which was near the handle. The very next day it died. I emailed the company as it was a Christmas gift for my daughter. No response. Very disappointed in the lack of response from the company and very short longevity of the product.

The dryer itself worked great. It heated up well and had good power to it. Less than 6 months into owning it and it no longer heats up. The manual has a warranty email. I submitted proof of purchase and warranty request and never heard back. There is no support number to call. I would suggest looking at alternatives before buying this as it was a lot for a hairdryer to only last a few months.

Love to quiet the item was.. And it died in august.. I\nTried to return it , of course , walmart and take it and I tried to contact the company and they have not replied to my emails.. I don't know if I got one.That was refurbished . But I cannot get it to work any longer.
