I have recently received this item I ordered. I would like to know if I could exchange it please. when in the off position it runs. will not run in the in position and when it does make stitches the bobin stitch is all bundled up.

Disappointed, it doesn't work .
I really wanted to like it , because I like the size and what it stated it could do . I could not make an entire 5 inch stitch in on go . I try adjusting the tension but the treads keep busting , it skipping and then the need will miss and hit the plastic that covers the bobbin
