I was very excited to get this purse and loved it right away. I carried it for two weeks and one of the straps broke. Walmart.com kindly offered to refund my money. I feel it should have lasted longer than 2 weeks. Unfortunately the Walmart associate accepting my return acted like I was doing the wrong thing retuning a purse I had used and broke.
