Coconut Cookies
I love these tasty cookies, they bring back so many memories of my childhood, I remember sitting around at my Granny's house during the winter eating these cookies and sipping on some hot chocolate so delicious

Dessert - Crunchy with a Hiint of Coconut
I purchased these coconut macaroon cookies as they were a necessary ingredient in a frozen dessert I was making. I love coconut so I took a cookie to have as a little snack while making the dessert. Unfortunately, they did not taste good. Very bland and a little plastic taste. I almost didn't use them but these were the only ones I could find and they had to be shipped to me as no grocery store had them or any other brand in stock. I made the dessert and used these cookies. They were just fine in the dessert. The crunchiness was great and there was a hint of coconut in the dessert. I was happy about that and will make them again.
