Runs a little large!
Runs about a half-size larger than everyday clothing. So, order your true size so that you have a little extra room since you'll want to wear a layer of clothing beneath it (perhaps undergarments). The interior material is a little rough, but the elementary kids I work with just loved the exterior fluffy material when I wore this on Pajama Day. Really is a great buy!
