great! they said to expect results in 30 days, I feel good small changes at only 7 days. I hope to make a good habit of it.
Probably the biggest advantage is the magnesium especially if you have high blood pressure. I have the rechargeable glass hydrogen bottle now after having tried the tablets which really bubbles. My hydrogen bottles says try for arthritis, I agree, I use hydrogen water for my coffee etc.
I like how simple these tablets are to use. Just add one to water and it creates a refreshing drink. The tube packaging is convenient and easy to take anywhere.
I have been using this product for a week and it seems to really be helping with energy and no stomach pain issues. He tablets dissolve slower than I thought
It does not show what the PPM is which is very important and has sodium which cannot be used with renal patients
