extremely disappointing! Dont buy a bike from this company unless you can get the bike put together. I paid them to assemble the bike and they bought it to me in pieces. This company is hard to contact and when they did contact me they told me to take the bike to a bike shop. I have spent thousands at Walmart. I have been to their original Sam Walton store and for the first time I resent them because they handed me off to a third party, this bicycle company and let them victimize a good paying customer. I spent the last three days trying to contact this company. I had to start harrassing Walmart to get them to contact me. I am tired of fighting to get someone to help me. I am a 65 year old, female disabled veteran. I bought the bike so that I can get some exercise. I am furious and I never let anyone take money from me and leave me disastisfied. This is not the only review that I am going to give for this situation.
