The directions state that it takes 3 days to assemble, hubby is on day two. Hopefully he gets done today, there were a couple things he did incorrectly. I was ready to return the bike after he opened the box, it's for him, surprised to see that it's pink not red as I thought. Good thing he's color blind! It looks good and sturdy and looks like it will be around forever if not abused.
Was extremely hard to get put together. Did not come with all the parts to assemble the tricycle and had to contact seller (Lilypelle) to get them. Took a while to get. Had to take pictures of the bicycle and the instruction manual to send to their engineers for them to figure out what part they didn't include them. HUGE pain in the rear. The rear breaks on the tricycle are complete garbage. Completely worthless. The rear belt brakes don't slow or stop the tricycle at all. Overall the tricycle is just OK. Meh.
Some parts are missing to get 1 fender on. And I haven't been able to contact anyone to get the parts
I spent many hours building the bike and tried riding it in my living room when the chain fell off. The chain arrives unconnected and you add a link to connect it. That added link was bent where it connected and unable to be repaired. The basket comes with metal pieces you bend around the basket to keep it together -- you need needle nose pliers to do this and add the chain (bought a new pair for this build). The basket looks janky with the metal pieces holding it together. There are no spare hardware pieces so if you lose or break anything the bike won't work. Assembling the breaks was interesting. The instructions only provide directions on the first few pages and then they become just pictures -- the pictures are of another bike with different parts so it was a little hard to follow, but I sorted it out by being patient. The hardware to tighten the seat doesn't seem to work. I've tightened it all the way but the seat still moves side to side. The seat stem hardware worked once and now I can't adjust the height again. It's stuck right. Since the chain broke I can't tell if the breaks will work. Now that it's built I can't put it back in the box and send it back. So in hindsight this was a really terrible idea. Next time I'm going to buy a bike pre-assembled.
Incorrect item delivered. Through several cimmunications with seller, seller elected for full refund in lieu of exchange for actual product, so unknown if product actually available. Did not answer question if product available or exists. Walmart customer service, per chat, investigating seller.

Missing parts, not clear instructions and they refuse to refund my money! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
Very hard to put together, even the service I paid extra for could not put it together correctly. Waste of money for bike and services.
