Bought for my wife's birthday. She loves it. Easy to step through and operate. She is 76 and says it is just what she needed to help peddling on hills.
I'm a Walmart Associate who purchased two of these bikes. My Husband assembled them easily. The only thing that we found that we didn't care for on these bikes is the way the basket assembles to the frame. It causes a distraction when turning your handlebars, cause the basket doesn't move. They came with everything you need charger and accessories. Our bikes also came with free saddlebags that we keep our accessories in. My husband added mirrors to his bike. He's a heart patient so that pedal assist is great for him. We rode them all over campgrounds last week. Navigating steep hills and valleys This bike can go up to approximately 20miles an hour if you need to go fast. If you don't need pedal assist you can turn it off and ride like a standard bike. We love them!

Timely delivery, easy to assemble and a blast to ride.
I received it with the back tire flat!!!! Not happy at all. I feel I should be compensated for the new tube I paid 12.99 for.
I only gave it a 4 star due to damages upon arrival. The bike has a lot of instant torque. It is a very easy ride with pedal assist making it enjoyable to go on long rides even with a 3 year old on the back.
Junk inner tube that split. Otherwise very nice ...

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS BIKE! I REPEAT, DO NOT PURCHASE! The bike came with missing screws, parts and uneven holes on the bike. I tried to ride it and it fell apart! it's not safe. The sellers are scammers....buying time, to initiate return, because they don't want me to return it. I took it to a professional bike store and they stated return immediately for my safety.
Bought thinking it was going to arrive for a trip and it never arrived until a week later after the day they said that it was going to arrive. I was not home when it arrived and when I requested my money back walmart didn't want to help . I will never purchase anything from walmart over the internet pluss the people who help are all over seas and rude
