very easy to install. no sticky stuff and nothing to damage the door frame. Awesome, just what I was looking for to introduce my cat to my sister's Cats.

Great! Recommend having it professionally installed %26 reinforced. A little noisy because its aluminum but SO much better than a solid door. Love it!

I bought this to keep my cats out of my kitchen. It works fine thank you for all that you do.

hard to put together,and missing one piece

The gate arrived quite a bit later than expected, and I received a notice that it had been delivered on time (with a picture of a package at a different residence). It did arrive eventually though packed very well and in perfect condition. It was easy to assemble with clear instructions. It fit our narrow doorway. Unfortunately, our cats figured out how to jump up onto the middle bar and unlock the door within an hour. It is made of strong steal but tension rods might not be enough if you have big dogs. It would be great to keep a toddler put of the laundry room. I like that it is a double door gate that swings nicely in and out. Sadly didn't work out for our situation.

Gate is very easy to put together. The metal is very good and strong. However, after the unit is put together it is extremely easy to knock over. I have another gate on the other side to prevent my dogs from knocking it over. The lock is another problem, my dogs open it! It just slides over and doesn't lock. Does prevent my dog from jumping over smaller gate, but still need smaller gate.

Horrible instructions. A nightmare to put together. It kept falling down and almost injured my cat. I would give a zero star if I could. I don't recommend.

The gate fit nicely into our doorway. It seems sturdy and the ability to just open and walk through is nicer than crawling over baby gates. However, it is missing the lock. With 4 cats, a lock is needed. The description and instructions show a lock device to attach; however, it was not in the box. Still waiting for CS to respond.

The gate was returned due to missing parts. Although the quality of the gate was great,it would have worked perfectly for my needs. I was not offered the missing parts at first and was told to return it. After I purchased another gate, they tried to get me to keep the gate, and they would either send parts or refund a 3rd of the cost. what should have been a simple purchase and return turned out to be numerous emails that tried to make me feel bad that I would not accept their offer. I have still not received a refund, and Item has been returned. Terrible customer service. Beware
