This ramp has been a total win in our house! I've got a 75 lb dog and a 36 lb dog, and it feels super sturdy for both of them—no wobbling or hesitation when they use it. We're currently training them to stay off the bed at night (wish us luck 😅), but still letting them up during the day. This ramp makes it really easy to stay consistent—set it up during the day, fold it down at night, done. It's quick, simple, and doesn't turn into a whole production. They both picked it up quickly and seem comfortable using it, and I love that it's helping save their joints (and my mattress from midnight surprise launches). Overall, super practical, well-built, and dog-approved.
a bit steeper than I thought it would be but makes sense. Seems well-made and sturdy. My 11 year pointer 60 lb. dog can use it. I have to assist her for now hopefully she will get used to it on her own eventually. Seems much easier on her knees than stairs. My little dog and my cat use it no hesitation.
This dog ramp is exceptional. The design and construction is absolutely perfect. It is sturdy and looks good and very professional. I am very satisfied with it, so much that I just bought a second one.
The large ramp works perfectly for our two dachshunds!!! We placed it at the foot of our bed and they started using right away. Hoping it will help prevent any back injuries as they age. One of our doxies doesn't see well so added a light-colored carpet strip. Great design, sturdy construction, and easy to pack %26 carry for road trips with the pups. Highly recommend.
Wonderful pet ramp! Very well-made. The rubber on the ramp works great for my 20 pound dog. Got the extra large size because I have a high bed at 33 inches. I knew that the longer the ramp was the less incline there would be for her to get onto the high bed. It worked great one notch down from the highest level. It did come with railing. I did not need the railing because the ramp was close to a wall. But I would recommend the company make the railing go all the way down the length of the ramp to prevent dogs from jumping off halfway down as mine probably would have done had I not had a wall near the ramp. Otherwise it's a very good ramp for any size dog.
I'm so happy I ordered this for my senior dog who has a hard time on the doggie stairs. This ramp is so much easier for her. After assembling, which was quick %26 easy, there was instructions in the box to train my dog how to go up %26 down it. I thought I wouldn't need them, but she was scared of the ramp (new skill for her). So I followed the instructions %26 to my surprise, she was using it like a pro within 4 minutes. In addition, my hand held, %26 also my floor vacuum easily sucks up pet hair with ease. Pet hair doesn't stick tight on the rubber-type covering on the ramp floor. I love it %26 my dog loves it. I give it 10 out of 10 stars!
I think this is great! It shipped so quickly and the quality is nicer than expected! My doxie is getting used to using it! The wood is not as dark as it is in the photos though so that was a little disappointing. Also the “railings” are not easily removed if you want to lay it flat to store. You have to unscrew them to take it off to put it away
needs a larger landing and takeoff platform my dog is Leary of this around a 3-in flat area for landing that's not very much area to step on or step off of. Getting down makes it harder for the animal to utilize if it's paralleling the bed. The flat landing on this one is only a couple of inches needs a larger flat spot for the animals to step off and step on to.
The first one i ordered with the base, was broken in transport, so I had to send it back. I tried to just get it replaced but they said it would need to be returned and refunded . Then because the first one was no longer at the same sale price i would have to pay the regular price. I don't think that was a fair thing to do. I couldn't afford the regular price of the first one with the base so I ordered the one without the base. This one without the base is a little difficult for my little wire-haired dachshund to get up.He's 13 years old, my service dog, and most of all he's my best friend 🧡. Because the length is shorter than the original one i ordered, it makes the pitch angle a bit steeper. It seems a little less stable, because of no base . I still would like the first one with the base around it , i think it was 56 inches long instead of 47 , i think the height went to 27inches or so, which lowers the angle of the pitch, which means less stress it puts on my best friend. So I could only afford the one without the all all-around base. I made it better by adding a 4inch tall 10inch deep wooden platform so it lowered the steep angle. I do love the style of the first one I had ordered. It had a lower pitch which means a safer sturdier dog 🐕 ramp and a better less stressful pitch/angle to climb for your best friends.
Total junk! Fell apart, my dog hit the floor when it came apart. Company that owns product sent emails wanting to send repair parts. Did not respond because the return address had no name, just a bunch of letters and numbers. Too much danger to respond. They refused to allow a return and Walmart told me they were stepping in to handle the problem. The refund would be honored. Before I got out of the store, Walmart sent a text telling me they would not honor the return because the mfg would not. Just 5 mins early a customer service rep had told me they would honor it. I called back to Walmart and they said they would honor the return, again. As of today, Walmart has done nothing but lie to me several times over a $100 piece of junk. No one at Walmart seemed concerned I told them over and over the product was dangerous to the dogs.. Shame on Walmart and their business partners!!!
