So far the only issue is the fact it came with no directions. It has a small manual to tell you what each item is but the how it goes together or how to set it up is non existent. The actual hot tub itself seems to be made well the time from full to temp is all of about 3/ 4 hrs. The size is perfect for our back porch. It can't fit 4 adults without sitting on top of each other or touching. 2 adults have more than enough room. All and all seems to be a good product so far. We use a dog pen to keep our dogs off of it as well which works great.

the heater doesn't seem to work

Just wanted a basic hot tub to fit on a small side patio out of the yard from my little dogs. Have had it since spring about May and it works great has work great to date!No problems and haven't had to change anything. I gave it a 4/5 because the jets are not strong and the fill line is low but for the price I enjoy then bubbles and heat it has on my aches and pains of a bad hip. Perfect for the price! Also I'm only 5'4” so someone taller may not like it! It is not for more than one person comfortably. Always just me! We chose the shape for the patio and that was perfect.

Overall simple to use , other then draining the water , you'll need a water pump to drain it completely, a little bit of water will be left over if using just the drain on the outside .

Brings temp up to 10 degrees warmer. Takes about 12-14 hours. Maybe my pool pump is too high? (2500 gal per hour). Facts: 2700 gallon 13x8 above ground pool, Northern California pool temp 72 up to 82/87

Received in a timely manner, I order square hot tub and received a round one…bought it at sale price, but then received email that I was going to be charged additional $171.00?? No explanation why. Heater doesn't register right and doesn't heat properly.. after two days water still not reaching temperature, although it states 84, it's more like 60. will never buy this product again and will stick with Coleman products

We set up the tub, seemed to be made of sturdy materals BUT we ran the system for over 24hrs and it still was no where near a comfortable submerging temperature! Do Not expect to use this right away-- it's taken the system over two days get to an 80 degree temp (or so the system said,but it honestly felt as cold as the ocean water in April)! ... the heater does not work very well at all! Also, although it advertised for 2-4 person... this is only a two person hot tub. There is no way you are getting three or four people in this tub without legs laying across eachother akwardly %26 uncomforably. Disappointed in the outcome of this product, I reached out to the seller to advise the issues noted above. We'll see if I receive a response.

I tried to cancel this order the company sent it anyway now i have to wait i have to wait return label. This company is not worth dealing with. I would rate this a zero!! We get the inflatable hot tub. We need to get an electrician here to install an outlet with enough power to run it. Get that all done. Now we set it up. Pretty simple. Turn it on and follow instructions. Bubbles work. Filters on and working. Heater , doesn't work. Try to do a return and or refund. Apparently we are past the date for this. This tub comes with an email to ask questions and it's the only way to contact the company is by this email. No phone number available. So to anyone buying this. DONT!!!
