Great for bread and wet chicken feed lol.
I bought 4 of these to use to feed my chickens since I ferment/wet their food. This works perfect. I love the color and will probably get more for my bread, but I was looking for chicken dishes at the time. :P

Works great! The nonstick surface works perfect, I made some bread with olive oil coating the pan and when it was done it slipped right onto the rack with just a couple light taps on the bottom side! Didn't stain yet either!

I don't believe these to be ceramic coated. They appear to be just the normal non-stick coating in a light green color instead of grey. If they are ceramic it's the thinnest coating of ceramic I've ever seen. I did receive them very fast and for that reason I gave the 3 star rating.

Wrong size in description
Sadly, these pans are not the measurements they give in the description. They are 13 inches long from rim to rim but they are not 5 inches wide. It's only 3 inches deep and 4 inches wide at the widest point of the pan and 3 inches down towards the bottom. Might be good for dessert breads but not sandwich bread.
