These pans are great for making regular sized sandwich bread loaves. They are non-stick and, at 350 to 375 degrees Fahrenheit, make perfect crust. Be aware that, if you use the lid to make a square loaf, using too much dough will cause your loaf to push up against the lid and potentialy make it hard to open.
The only drawback I can find is the color. On the website, they looked mostly grey, but they are definitely more gold/champagne than grey. If, like me, you don't really care what color they are as long as they bake bread well, you will probably love these pans.
Pleas note: these pans are only 8 inches long. If you want to bake a "full length" loaf that is closer to 12 inches, you will need to order the other pan from the website.
