I love this, I keep it in the freezer, use it on my forehead and over my eyes for headaches, gives a good 15-20 min of cold relief, plus the weight feels nice and helps with relaxation, I definitely recommend!

This warmer is softer inside and outside than any I've owned over the years. You have to play around with the microwave time until you get it hot/warm, according to your microwave. When you get it down, it's pretty blissful. I want to buy another one. Last night both shoulders hurt at the same time :(

I got this heat pad as a gift for someone. The quality is good and it was delivered on time and free. However I did not get the one I ordered. I ordered the heat pad that had stars on it but that is not what I received. I received one that was all navy blue. If I had had more time I would've returned the product, this is an issue with having to order things online because you get what the company sends you and not what you paid for. I would not order another heat pad from this company again.
