Lincoln logs is a brand name and Walmarts availability is tops !!!
My 4 year old son loves this toy. He enjoys putting the tracks together himself and trying to build the diffent buildings and objects that are included with the instructions. The possible combinations of designs are almost endless. I really like that the tracks are very sturdy and really easy to put together. A great toy to encourage your child to use their imagination. I also like that it's well made and would be difficult to break.
I barely got a picture of this before the boys took of with it and started building. Trains are all over my house. My grandson loves building them so when I got this Buildable Train Track I knew he would love it. He's been building tracks since he was two and is now almost six years old so he's pretty creative. The tracks, house, and water tower were easy for him to put together. He added stuff from his other train sets and had a big train display. I love it because it reminds me of when my brothers used to play with Lincoln logs. They are still has sturdy and I know they've love playing with them a long time.
What can I say about this product other than OMG it's Lincoln Logs. Who doesn't love to play with Lincoln Logs. Even as an adult, I still love Lincoln Logs. This playset can keep anyone busy as it includes 101 pieces. Unlike some brands, these are actual wood pieces and the company puts in a lot of time to make sure that they are giving a great product. With so many pieces in this kit, you can have hours of fun This is also a great product for the younger population as it helps them use their imagination as well as the hand-eye coordination. It also helps them learn patience as you have to put everything together and if you go to fast every this will fall apart. This product brings back memories as I used to play with these when I was a kid. I used to sit there and build the track and the log cabin, knock everything over and build again. Even after all these years, the craftsmanship of this product is amazing and once again this company proves that they care more about quality and not quantity.
My daughter loves this push and go train. The sawmill express train set contains over 100 pieces, including buildable track, a train engine and car, plus doors, windows and roof eaves that add color and character to the station building and train Depot that you can build to put together. Also comes with a cowgirl, a train engineer, and a horse. Easy instructions to put together or build your own.
The Lincoln Logs Push and Go Sawmill Express train is such a cute set fro any child that loves to build and/or play with trains. There are 101 pieces Which include the logs, 2 figures a horse, and several other building parts. It is relatively easy to assemble although younger kids will need help. I love that there are two alternate track designs on the box to help inspire your child's imagination. The train is powered by your hand.:). The track is heavy duty and really easy to assemble. Once it is together, it stays together. Lol. The quality of this product is what you would expect. When paired with other Lincoln Log sets you could have a whole town!:). The box has a handle so it can be used as a storage case once your child is through playing for the day. Very cute set.
My 2 year old is constantly trying to steal his sisters legos but they're still much too small for him since it all goes in his mouth. These have been the perfect solution! They're not too small and he can actually put them together since the grooves are cut into the wood pretty widely. Being that they're held all day, thrown around & usually in and out of children's mouths a lot of our toys don't stay in the best shape but these ones seem to be holding up great so far. There's so many different ways to build this set and the train actually goes around the track which we love! This set quickly became one of our new favorites, such a nostalgic toy for me and I'm so glad that my kids get to play with them now
This is such an awesome addition to traditional buildings! The kids absolutely enjoyed putting train tacks and making log houses nearby! They called it their village. Even girls were playing! I like that a train engine are a part of this set. I am happy we have this train track because playing Lincoln Logs just got a lot more interesting!
This is a very nicely made set. My kids love putting things together and making things work, so this has been great fun for us. The logs are great quality. Smooth all around, no chance of splinters or cuts whatsoever. The train is super cool (my kids loves trains and Thomas so we pretend it's Thomas). I would definitely recommend this set. My two are 3 and 5. They'll play/build with this set for a long while. I'm planning to buy more to add to the set for Christmas.
This set is so fun and engaging for kids and adults! It's a fun bonding time being able to build and talk about all the different story lines they come up with. My 4.5 year old does get annoyed that the houses fall down easily but the track stays together well. I would definitely recommend!
