WHEN OPENING THE JARS THEY LOOK LIKE ONE COLOR THEN YOU PAINT WITH THEM ITS TOTALLY A DIFFERENT COLOR..... THE SHINE IS VERY NICE..... THE ONLY THING YOU NEED IS A LITTLE BIT AND IT GOES ALONG WAY ..... I WILL BE GETTING MORE.......

I am an accomplished professional artist and was excited to try my first powdered pigments, but I'm finding these pretty challenging. I want to utilize and highlight the way several colors are combined to create each color and " burst" upon the addition of water, but the specks aren't disolving enough and leave a dark, concentrated dot. When I add more water to dissolve them enough , they lose the " magic" and basically become regular watercolors, but can easily muddyif multiple colors are used due to spraying causing a lack of control. I'm going to keep trying and will modify my review if I can accomplish something wonderful....oh, I also don't really like that every color has the same gold mica highlights. I'd prefer each to have a mica shine that coordinates with the color .....
