This shade blocks out. The sun as described. Looks nice, neat and clean. Installation is pretty easy even for someone that's not too handy. I would recommend this product.

We bought these shades for the bedroom, and love them so much that we ordered another for the bathroom, and will order 5 more for the parlor. They block out sun beautifully, create a nice filter to keep things a bit more private when needing light, and are incredible when it comes to keeping the heat or the cold out of a room. The selection of sizes is perfect, also, as almost any window can be fit. So far they are holding up well. I vacuum them once a week or so to keep them clean, and that is about all the maintenance that they require.

The shade is a perfect fit. I love the harvest color, it looks great in the bedroom. Shipping was as described. Product arrived in perfect condition. It is my third or fourth purchase with linen avenue.

The day/night blinds look great and work really well- the sheer portion is perfect for day and the light blocking portion does exactly what I'd hoped. Fantastic quality and such a reasonable price.

Love the easy use of this blind. Provides the perfect darkness I need to block out the nieghbors porch light and car headlights. During the day, I can easily adjust to let in filtered light or fully lift the blind to open fully. Even my husband loves the ease of installation and use.

Arrived as expected. Very easy to install. Great product, great price. Bought the block out version and it does the job. Room isn' totally dark but keeps room darker in the morning.

I'm happy with the blind and how it looks and functions. My problem is that the box it came in was damaged and inside the package was what I thought was dirt. Since I didn't see any damage to the blind I cleaned off what I thought was dirt and hung up the blind. Now I know what I saw was actually BEDBUG FECES! Now I'm dealing with the exhausting task and extremely expensive removal!!!
