The pillow is very comfortable: the foam perfectly adapts to the shape of the head and neck, providing support and comfort during sleep. I used to often wake up with neck pain, but now it's in the past — the difference is really noticeable. I'd especially like to mention the cooling cover. It has two sides — one normal and the other with a cooling effect. It's a lifesaver on hot nights! The feeling of freshness lasts for a long time, and this helps you fall asleep faster and not wake up from the heat. The pillow doesn't lose its shape, doesn't sag, and doesn't smell of chemicals, as happens with some new products. The cover is easy to remove and wash — everything is thought out to the smallest detail. Overall — excellent quality, especially considering that the pillow was provided for free. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great pillow, just wish it was a bit thicker, alright this is a matter of personal preference. Soft memory foam and seems to be breathable. No smell after airing it out for about 36 hours prior to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow is very comfortable. I typically sleep on my back and it provides good support. I would say it's more on the firmer side. The blue side feels cool to the touch which is nice in the summer. Body temperature does warm it up though. It's very easy to remove the cover to wash it when needed. So far it has held up great and has been comfortable.

It does have a lightweight feel as well and seems to hold its shape well, however I wish it had more gel for more comfort. But overall it's a good pillow

I was surprised by how light the box was when it came and it ended up being a bit too soft for how thin it was. It may work well for a child or someone with different needs, but for my purposes, it wasn't what I'm looking for. I'll pass it on to family to see if anyone else has better luck.
