This came at a perfect time where my old pillow was starting to hurt my neck, I've had it for at least 5 years. I hated it the first night I slept on it but the second night, it became my favorite. It's firm but after you lie on it for a few seconds it creates a nice form of your head and cradles is. It's not really cooling like it says, especially with a pillowcase over it like I have. Even without the pillowcase, it gets warm very quickly. That initial touch of it to your face is absolute bliss, though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first time I've ever had a memory foam pillow so I have nothing to compare it to besides my normal pillows. That aside though, this pillow is soooo comfortable. I usually use multiple pillows when sleeping but with this one, just one is all I need. The cold side is lovelyyyyy. I don't find myself tossing as much. It cradles my head when laying on my back just as well as when I side sleep. Would definitely buy another one for the other side of the bed.

It is so comfortable and never feels hot like other memory foam products. It is a great product all around and I think it will last me a very long time. I am beyond happy with the quality and value of this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow is very comfortable. I typically sleep on my back and it provides good support. I would say it's more on the firmer side. The blue side feels cool to the touch which is nice in the summer. Body temperature does warm it up though. It's very easy to remove the cover to wash it when needed. So far it has held up great and has been comfortable.

The breathability features is nice in theory, but unfortunately this comes at the expense of the pillow being colored in a blue and white checkered design, which ultimately shows through my white linen pillow cases. I cannot with an honest heart recommend purchasing this pillow
